Publish the knowledge base
After you create, train, and test the knowledge base, publish it.
- Access the knowledge workbench from the link provided by your administrator.
- Open the knowledge base that contains the language to test.
- Click Publish. The system publishes the knowledge base.
If the knowledge base publishes without errors, the system returns a message indicating that the publish process completed successfully.
Note: Other native applications can use published knowledge bases to surface knowledge for agents and customers.
