Lost connection

Note: This article applies to PureCloud Embeddable Framework, PureCloud for Chrome, PureCloud for Firefox, PureCloud for Salesforce, and PureCloud for Zendesk.

When you lose connection to PureCloud, a spinner appears in place of the client. The client attempts to reconnect for 30 seconds. If the client cannot reconnect within 30 seconds, then a login window appears. 

Message indicating that connection lost

  1. Re-establish your Internet connection.
  2. Click Return to Login.
  3. Enter your credentials for the client.
