Note: If you have not received your invitation email, check your Junk email folder for an email from no-reply@mypurecloud.com.

Login URL

The access URL for the CX digital agent workspace follows this format:

apps.<Genesys Cloud AWS region>.com/digital-desktop

The Genesys Cloud AWS region name is the region name which was assigned based on the location of your organization.

Example:

Your organization is located in Canada, so your AWS region name is “ca-central-1”.

In this case, the CX digital agent workspace login URL is:

https://apps.cac1.pure.cloud/digital-desktop

If you are unsure of your region, contact your Genesys Cloud administrator. Alternatively, try these work-arounds.

  • First time log in: Access the Genesys Cloud login URL for each region. Log in will be successful only with the URL corresponding to your organization’s region.
  • Currently logged in: (Web app only) The web app URL corresponds to your organization’s region.
