Filter feedback responses

You can filter feedback by positive or negative responses, confidence score threshold, date created, or any combination of those options.

Note: You can only retrieve feedback from the last 10 days.
  1. Access the Knowledge Workbench from the link provided by your administrator. 
  2. Click the Feedback tab. 
  3. (Optional) to filter by a specific knowledge base, click Select Knowledgebase and select it from the list.
  4. Click Filter .
  5. To select only positive or negative feedback, enable the appropriate check box.
  6. To increase or decrease the confidence score threshold, click or drag the slider to the left or right until you achieve the appropriate percentage.
  7. To select a date range, click the From and To calendars and configure the appropriate date filter.
  8. Click Apply.
  9. Approve or reject any feedback responses.
