Filter feedback responses
You can filter feedback by positive or negative responses, confidence score threshold, date created, or any combination of those options.
- Access the Knowledge Workbench from the link provided by your administrator.
- Click the Feedback tab.
- (Optional) to filter by a specific knowledge base, click Select Knowledgebase and select it from the list.
- Click Filter .
- To select only positive or negative feedback, enable the appropriate check box.
- To increase or decrease the confidence score threshold, click or drag the slider to the left or right until you achieve the appropriate percentage.
- To select a date range, click the From and To calendars and configure the appropriate date filter.
- Click Apply.
- Approve or reject any feedback responses.
