Enable the Google Cloud Dialogflow ES integration - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

Series: Configure the Google Dialogflow integration

After you configure the Google Cloud Dialogflow ES platform service account credential and then configure the OAuth client credential for Google Cloud Dialogflow ES, activate the Google Dialogflow ES integration.

In the Status column, click Inactive. The Change Status dialog box opens.
Click Yes. The Google Cloud Dialogflow ES integration status changes to Active.
