Prerequisites

  • Genesys Cloud Voice Admin role

You can change the activate date and time of a port request if it has a status of Port Pending.

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Genesys Cloud Voice, click Number Management.
  3. Click the Orders tab.
  4. Locate the order and select the check box next to its port date.
  5. Click the Edit Port button.
  6. Use the calendar control to select a new date and time.
  7. Click Save
