The Integrations page lists the integrations installed in your Genesys Cloud organization. For each integration, it shows the category (chat notifications (webhooks), data actions, external contacts, and more), status (active or inactive), last updated, and available actions (edit integration, deactivate integration, or delete integration).

After you add an integration, you can edit, deactivate, or delete it.

  1. Go to the Integrations page.
    1. Click Admin.
    2. Under Integrations, click Integrations.
  2. Next to an integration that you want to edit, deactivate, or delete, click More .
  3. Select one of the following options from the menu:
    • Click Edit Integration.

You can modify any information that you input or configuration that you made when you initially added the integration to your Genesys Cloud organization.

    • Click Deactivate Integration.

You are prompted to deactivate the integration. To pause the integration temporarily, deactivate rather than delete the integration.

You can also deactivate the integration by clicking Edit Integration and then clicking Active on the Details tab.

Note: If you reference this integration and its data actions elsewhere, such as in an interaction flow in Architect or in a script, you must update references in these applications. Otherwise, existing data actions take the failure path in the interaction flow.
    • Click Delete Integration.

You are prompted to delete the integration. This action deletes any information that you input or configuration that you made when you initially added the integration to your Genesys Cloud organization.

You can also delete the integration by clicking Edit Integration and then clicking Uninstall Integration.

      Notes
      • When you delete an integration for data actions, the data actions that use the integration are also deleted along with the integration.
      • If you reference this integration and its data actions elsewhere, such as in an interaction flow in Architect or in Scripts, you must update references in these applications. Otherwise, existing data actions take the failure path in the interaction flow.
