Edit a social account
You can change the name of a social account, turn off the ability to associate listeners with an account, and toggle streaming. If an account isn’t authorized with an external account, you can also authorize it.
- Click Admin.
- Under Contact Center, click Social Accounts.
- Click the name of a social account.
- Edit the details you want changed.
- Click Save.
To change whether new listeners can use this account as the parent social account, click the Enabled/Disabled button.
To change whether listeners associated with this social account can find new social expressions, click the Enabled/Disabled button.
