Edit a listener

  • Master Admin role or Socialize > All > All  permission assigned to any role

You can change the name of listener, edit its filters, toggle streaming, change queues, and view noise on a listener page.


  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Contact Center, click Social Listeners.
  3. Click the name of a listener.
  4. Edit the details you want changed.
  5. Click Save.

To change whether a listener can find new social expressions that match its filters, click the Enabled/Disabled button. Social account streaming toggle
