Configure OneLogin for Genesys Cloud SCIM (Identity Management)
Note: This article applies to Genesys Cloud SCIM (Identity Management).
To use Genesys Cloud SCIM (Identity Management) with OneLogin, configure OneLogin to sync user entities to Genesys Cloud. In OneLogin, add an application that you configure to work with the SCIM APIs.
Important: Genesys Cloud currently only supports unidirectional syncing from identity management systems to Genesys Cloud. Any changes made in Genesys Cloud will not be synced to the identity management systems and may be overwritten. Prerequisites
- Genesys Cloud OAuth client. For more information, see Create an OAuth client (Genesys Cloud SCIM tab).
- Log in to OneLogin.
- Click Administration.
- Click Apps > Add Apps.
- Search for PureCloud and click the application.
- Click Configuration.
- Configure the following settings:
- SCIM Base URL: Enter the API URL for the region where your Genesys Cloud organization is located, for example, https://api.mypurecloud.com/api/v2/scim. For a list of regional API URLs, see Platform API (Genesys Cloud Developer Center).
- Client ID: Add the Client ID from the Genesys Cloud OAuth client you created for Genesys Cloud SCIM (Identity Management).
- Client Secret: Add the Client Secret from the Genesys Cloud OAuth client that you created for Genesys Cloud SCIM (Identity Management).
- Authorization URL: Enter the Genesys Cloud URL for the region where your Genesys Cloud organization is located, for example, https://login.mypurecloud.com. For a list of regional Genesys Cloud URLs, see Platform API (Genesys Cloud Developer Center).
- Click Save.
- To confirm that your settings work, click Configuration and then click Authenticate.
