Change the timeout for calls

Note: This organizational setting affects individual business users who receive regular calls. PureCloud provides other options for handling call timeout behavior:
  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Account Settings, click Organization Settings.
  3. Click the Settings tab.
  4. In the Timeout Seconds box, type the number of seconds that PureCloud rings a phone before transferring the call to voicemail. 
  5. Click Save.
