Change the knowledge base of the support center
You change the knowledge base which serves the support center under the Admin tab.
- Click Admin.
- Under Message, click Messenger Configurations.
- Select the support center from the configuration list.
- Under Components, click the Knowledge Base drop down list and select the knowledge base you want to use.
- If there are defined categories in the selected knowledge base, click the Category Browsing drop down list and select the desired categories.
