Change the knowledge base of the support center

You change the knowledge base which serves the support center under the Admin tab.

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Message, click Messenger Configurations.
  3. Select the support center from the configuration list.
  4. Under Components, click the Knowledge Base drop down list and select the knowledge base you want to use.
  5. If there are defined categories in the selected knowledge base, click the Category Browsing drop down list and select the desired categories.
