Edit a call routing schedule


The following permissions:

  • Architect > Flow > Add
  • Architect > Flow > Edit
  • Architect > FlowView
  • Telephony > Plugin > All 

You can change a schedule’s name and recurrence settings. 

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Routing, click Scheduling.
  3. Click the Schedules tab.
  4. In the Schedule Name column, click the schedule entry link you want to edit.
  5. Make your changes.
  6. Click Save Schedule.
Note:  A message appears, indicating that your entry was saved. Your entry may take a few minutes to be excluded in search results.
