Agent Status Log in – Log out report

The Agent Status Log in – Log out report displays times entries between the time the agent logged in and logged out of the application. The report sorts the data chronologically according to start time, with the oldest on top. 

The Agent Status Log in – Log out report enables supervisors to notice if an agent did not stay logged for the duration of their shift, or an agent did not log in on a day they were supposed to log in.

Report column Description
Log in Shows when the agent logged in during the selected date range. N/A will appear if the user logged in before the selected date range.
Log out Shows when the agent logged out during the selected date range. N/A will appear if the user logged out before the selected date range.
Duration The time between log in and log out. If N/A appears in the Log in or Log out column, the duration will also be N/A.
