Agent report generation off by several hours


Note: This article applies to the Verint WFM historical integration.

The Agent Productivity Report appears in the output directory for the Verint WFM historical integration several hours before or after when you expected the report to appear. The time zone set in the connector configuration is incorrect. If no time zone is set or the text entered does not match a possible time zone, then the time zone setting defaults to UTC. Check the time zone set in the connector configuration.
