Note: The .xls and .xlsx file formats of the Agent Login-Logout Details report do not have a page footer. The .pdf file format includes a footer for each page. The exclusion in the .xls and .xlsx formats make the data in the report easier to use in spreadsheet software.
    Report column Description
User The agent who logged in.
Start Time The date and time the user logged in. If the start time is outside the time period set in the report’s parameters, then this column displays “N/A.”
    End Time

The date and time the user logged out. If the end time is outside the time period set in the report’s parameters, then this column displays “N/A.”

Sometimes, the first row of the report includes an end time outside the report’s parameters. This behavior is expected. The report uses the start and end of the offline status to determine log in and log out times. In the report, the start of an offline status displays as the end time for the agent’s previous login session. Because the offline status is a single piece of data, it can cause the first row of the report to include information outside the report’s parameters.

For example, a report’s parameters include the time period from January 1 to January 7. If the agent went offline on December 25 and did not log in again until January 1, then the end time in the report’s first row shows as December 25, because that is when the agent’s last offline status before January 1 started.

Duration The total duration of the session, from log in to log out. If either the start time or end time is unavailable, then this column displays “N/A.”
