Add Genesys Dialog Engine to your subscription

  • Billing > All Permissions
  • Billing > Subscription > Add
  • Billing > Subscription > View

Add Genesys Dialog Engine to your subscription

Genesys Dialog Engine is an intuitive bot builder leveraging native natural language understanding to quickly produce smart bots that increase automation. Try out our easy to use workbench, quick to market Q&A bots, or Intent Accuracy Report.

You can add Genesys Dialog Engine to your subscription through the Genesys Add Ons page, or through Genesys AppFoundry. To learn about volume discounts, contact your Customer Success Manager or sales representative. For more information, see Create a Genesys Dialog Engine bot.

To add Genesys Dialog Engine to your subscription from the Genesys Add Ons page, perform these steps:

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Account settings, click Genesys Add Ons. The Genesys Add Ons page appears. 
  3. In the Genesys Dialog Engine tile, click Activate. The Activate dialog box appears.
  4. Select the I accept the Genesys Terms of Service check box.
  5. Click Activate.

While Genesys Cloud sets up your service and updates your billing, a progress spinner appears. When the process completes, your new services are ready to apply to users. For more information, see Create a Genesys Dialog Engine bot.
