Add a Bridge Connector
- Click Admin.
- Under Integrations, click Bridge.
- Click the Connectors tab, then click Add Connector.
- Enter a name and optional description in the fields. Do not use spaces in the connector name.
- Under Choose a Connector, select your connector. This example shows the Active Directory connector.Note: The connectors available to select are enabled by default for all organizations. If your connector does not appear on the list, it likely is not enabled by default. Contact Genesys Cloud Customer Care to enable the connector for your organization so that it is visible in the list.
- Click Save.
