Deprecation Announcement: On January 20, 2024, Genesys removed the ability to deploy the Genesys Cloud BYOC Premises – Customer VM Solution. This date marks the End of Support (EOS). Usage charge

When you put a BYOC Premises Edge in service, you will begin incurring the monthly hardware usage charge that is specified in your Genesys Cloud contract.
