About Campaign Management in PureCloud for Salesforce

You can create, manage, and view PureCloud outbound dialing campaigns in Salesforce with the Campaign Management integration. This integration uses campaigns, campaign members, campaign settings, and campaign schedules in Salesforce and syncs campaign data between your Salesforce and PureCloud organizations.
If not yet configured, configure authentication for the integration. Then configure campaign management and page layouts in Salesforce for campaigns and campaign members. Next, create a campaign setting and schedule (optional) and associate them with a campaign. The campaign setting syncs PureCloud campaign information in Salesforce with your PureCloud organization. To sort your list of contacts, configure the sort order of campaign members in Salesforce.
Work with campaigns
After a campaign starts, you can monitor the campaign activity, fix sync failures and list request failures, and reroute requests in Salesforce. After a campaign ends, PureCloud reconciles data on campaign and campaign member records in Salesforce.
For general troubleshooting, check the logs in Salesforce. The Logging section includes logs about any integration that you configured as part of the managed package settings.
