Type-based filtering coming to work automation list view

In a future release, you can filter workitems by the name in addition to workbin. Previously, Genesys Cloud only enabled you to filter workitems in the list view by selecting a workbin and to view workitems of a specific type, you had to create and apply a manual filter. 

With this update, you can choose the Name type as a primary filter in a workitems search. You can easily view all workitems of a specific type (for example, Task Type A), across any workbin for which you have access. You can still choose the workbin as the primary filter if you prefer to view all workitems within a single container.

This change improves the flexibility and usability of the list view for agents, supervisors, and administrators. This change makes it easier to focus on the type of task at hand, regardless of where you store it.
