Deprecation: Windows 10 support for GCBA

Microsoft will end support for Windows 10 on October 14, 2025. On that date, Genesys will no longer support using the Windows 10 operating system with Genesys Cloud Background Assistant (GCBA).

What does this mean?

After the effective date, Genesys Cloud customers may continue to install GCBA on Windows 10. However, Genesys will no longer support issues specific to Windows 10 or guarantee the application’s performance or stability on that operating system.

Am I affected?

This deprecation affects you if you or anyone in your organization uses GCBA with Windows 10.

How can I prepare for this deprecation?
