UX refresh included in the filter panel in dynamic views

In a future release, Genesys Cloud will refresh the user experience (UX) of the filter panel used in Dynamic views. The update improves layout, navigation, and organization so supervisors and administrators can find and apply filters more quickly.

As part of this work, the panel is rebuilt on the standardized internal Genesys Cloud component library used across the product to align patterns and improve stability. The refresh also delivers accessibility improvements that bring the panel into compliance, including better keyboard navigation, clearer focus states, and enhanced screen reader support; for example, ARIA labeling and logical focus order.

Today’s panel uses an older design based on previous web component standards; the new experience brings it in line with modern components and current platform conventions. No major functionality changes are planned—the update focuses on usability and accessibility so filtering feels faster, clearer, and more consistent across Genesys Cloud.
