Set topic and program permissions
Programs, topics, and phrases enable you to gather information that reveals cause and effect relationships that affect performance and business outcomes. The ability to generate programs, topics, and phrases is dependent on permissions, licensing, and language.
Licensing
- Genesys Cloud CX 1 WEM Add-on II or Genesys Cloud CX 2 WEM Add-on I
- Genesys Cloud CX 3 license

Permissions
When topics and programs are not available, you must assign the following permissions to the default Master Admin role.
