Set Wrapup Code action
Access this action in the Flow category of the task editor’s Toolbox. Available in bot and digital bot flows, inbound, outbound, chat, message, and email flows, this action automatically assigns a wrap-up code to the interaction.
Note: If Virtual Agent is not active, flow authors cannot access this action in digital bot flows. For more information about adding Virtual Agent to a digital bot flow, see Add Virtual Agent to your voice or digital bot flow.
