Set up a Jenkins integration - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

Prerequisite: Chat notification (webhook) configuration in Genesys Cloud must be complete. If not, start with Add a webhook integration.

Install the notification plugin.
In the Payload URL field, enter the URL you copied from Genesys Cloud.
